Making Creamed Honey & New Video

We are David and Sheri Burns from Long Lane Honey Bee
Farms and Cold temperatures have arrived across most of the US and even colder next week. We will start shipping our very popular Winter-Bee-Kinds next Monday in the order which orders were placed. So people who placed their orders in August will be the first to receive their order.

We are still taking orders for our very popular Winter-Bee-Kinds. There is no hurry to place them on the hive. In fact, it is best to wait until it is cold and the bees are no longer flying. The candy works best on the hive when temperatures are below 40 degrees (f).

EAS Certified Master Beekeeper began designing and experimenting with the Winter-Bee-Kind a decade ago to reduce winter moisture in the hive and to provide protein, carbohydrates and minerals to the bees in the winter. Many local beekeepers asked David to make some for their hives. Now we are in our 7th year of providing Winter-Bee-Kinds to assist beekeepers in getting their bees through the winter.

Look At New Options Below:

We have always provided the recipe with each order so you can refill your winter-bee-kinds. Over the years many beekeepers wanted to use the same ingredients that David has proven and tested.

We now sell the propriety three key ingredients which refills up to 5 winter-bee-kinds.

Beekeeping (or apiculture) is the maintenance of bee colonies, commonly in man-made hives, by humans. Most such bees are honey bee farming in the genus Apis, but other honey-producing bees such as Melipona stingless bees are also kept.
